The core ideas

Site. Whatever you published, served at one link. A site keeps its link across updates, so you can share it once and keep improving it.
Visibility. A public site opens for anyone with the link. A private site opens only for people you allow, after they verify who they are. See Sharing and access control.
Allowlist. The people allowed to view a private site. Add exact email addresses, or a whole company with a wildcard like *@acme.com.
Secure delivery. On a private site, the page is streamed only after a viewer is verified, so private work never sits behind a link a stranger could guess.
