A workspace is where your sites live. You always have a personal one, and Team plans add a shared workspace with teammates, roles, and a single invoice.
You can switch between your personal account and any teams you belong to. Work happens in one workspace at a time, so pick the right one before you publish or share a site.
Team workspaces have members with roles: owner, admin, and member. Owners and admins manage sites, sharing, folders, custom domains, and data; members work within what they are given. Billing is per seat on one invoice for the whole team.
Each workspace has a personal drive, and teams also have a shared drive. Organize your sites into folders, and move sites between folders or drives at any time. Moving a site keeps its link, and moving it between the personal and shared drive updates who can see it automatically.
